Shipping Information:

Please expect a production window of 3 -12 days for your order. Unlike larger retailers, we take great pride in our printing quality, ensuring attention to detail and care.

For our valued U.S. customers, single orders will be shipped via USPS.
However, for shipments exceeding 12 lbs, we will utilize UPS Ground.
Transit times will depend on the carrier, but usually between 2-8 days within the US.

International shipping is available. To obtain accurate shipping times and pricing for international orders, please reach out to our studio directly. VAT import fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we extend to you our 14-day Exchange Policy, backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Here's how it works:

  • You have a 14-day window to return your purchase for an exchange of equal value, or a voucher to apply to a purchase from us in the future.

  • You will be responsible for the return postage.

  • The item must be returned unused in its original packaging, with tracking number.

  • Exchanges are processed within 4 business days for paper prints, for canvas prints and merchandise processing time will vary from 5-15 days.

  • We make every effort to securely package your purchase, so it can arrive safely - however, once the item leaves the studio, we have no control over how things are handled. However, should your purchase arrive damaged from being roughly handled by the carrier, you can file a claim directly with the carrier, providing them photos of the damaged item, the packaging, the value of the item, and the shipping label. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is closed out.
