America’s Best Sheep & Wool Festival is almost here!
And of course, the Sheep Incognito flock will be there again to bring smiles, happy sheep, and some silly allegories packed in woolly wrappings!

We’d love to show you around the new Sheep Incognito Flock additions - there are new paintings, new mugs, the new book “Baaahnaby’s Woolly Baaad Day”, and lots of other sheepish smiles to be found.

Online-https://mswf2024.eventbrite.com/. A $2.61 processing fee applies. There will be separate lanes to have eTickets scanned, which we anticipate will move faster than the lanes for people paying at the gate.
At the gate-cash or check only. Exact change appreciated. There will be a dedicated exact change lane.
Hours
Gates open at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. NO EARLY ADMISSION.
Gates open at 7:00 a.m. Sunday to accommodate Breakfast Buffet attendees.
Vendors open at 8:30 a.m. both days.

Special Saturday morning:
Meet the Authorevents in the Main Exhibition Annex: Several childrens’ book authors will be holding storytimes, and there will even be a session of chair yoga with Liza Laird, author of Yoga of Yarn.
Free Fiber Arts Lectures: Join the Chesapeake Fibershed on Saturday at 1:15 p.m. in the rear of the Main Exhibition Annex for “Mend. Make. Do.”, a presentation on why mending matters and a demonstration of mending techniques to help you repair and prolong the life of your clothing, then come to the 4-H Hall on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. to hear Diana Buck speak about the Role of Women in the Viking Age.
New time and location for the auction of shawlsfrom theSheep-to-Shawl Competition: Visit the Show Ring at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday to bid on these beauties.
Special guests Njörðr’s Wanderers will be joining us again, but will be in a new location, the Breed Display Barn.
Don’t forget our Picnic Area in the Rabbit Barn, where we now have picnic tables in case you need to stop and rest!”
